Nearly 100 percent success rate  has been attained through the supervision of the elevated  command of the government and the constant  effort of all the officers and employees of the Department  of Social Services.

Present government has taken various measures to ensure greater transparency and accountability for the functioning of the program. To make it more acceptable to the public of all classes the authority amends the existing implementation policies, assimilates local honorable MP and public representatives in the selection process of beneficiaries and forms an acceptable database.
